Community Health Workers Town Hall Series

The Community Health Workers Town Hall Series aims to provide helpful information and practical resources about COVID-19 vaccines and other viruses to community health workers serving Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood, and the South Bronx. The goal of the Town Hall series is to address issues of COVID-19 including vaccine hesitancy, access, and distribution and impacts on community.

The Community Health Workers Town Hall Series is organized by community health workers in collaboration with the Columbia Community Wellness Center, the CUIMC Office of Community Service Programs, the CUIMC Office of Government and Community Affairs, and the Center for Community Health Navigation of NewYork-Presbyterian’s Ambulatory Care Network. The effort is co-led by Dr. Olajide Williams and Dr. Rafael A. Lantigua.
