Seniors AIM High 

In partnership with the Armory Foundation, this past July - September every Tuesday and Thursday morning - weather permitting - you can find senior citizens from across Washington Heights and Inwood exercising their bodies and minds in Haven Plaza. Starting with a fun fitness session and ending with a conversation with a Columbia physician about various relevant health topics, these seniors are committing to a healthier lifestyle. 

Fort Washington Green Market

Neighborhood residents and staff from New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University Irving Medical Center are regulars of the market located in Haven Plaza. Vendors include: Ballard's Honey, Body and Soul, Bread Alone, Central Valley Farm, Locust Grove Farms, Morgiewicz Produce, Nolasco's Farm and Prospect Hill Orchard. Check it out every Tuesday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. June 4 - November 26, 2024
