Bollard Beautification Project

Haven Plaza is part of New York City's larger plaza program to transform streets spaces into vibrant and accessible places. The art project will feature original designs from Washington Heights based artist Emily Perez who drew inspiration from the early landscape of upper Manhattan. The Bollard Art Project will further that goal for the entire community and the wider public to enjoy.
